Another follow up to my Small Crazy idea: Phase 4 flaws

Ok. It's been a while since I wrote this and I shall tell you the result so far as well as put an addition to this.

First of all, the formula didn't work properly at first. But then I realized the problem.

The chlorophyll I used for phase 4 was different than the one I first used. Initially I thought there shouldn't be a problem. However upon looking at both labels. One from my old bottle and one from the newest one I used at the time I realized where I went wrong.

Although Chlorophyll is basically the blood of the plant. Much like human blood as well as animal blood, it also has different types. In my case for the first part of the Chlorophyll, I used Chlorophyll extracted from mulberry leaves. But for phase 4 I used Chlorophyll extracted from Alfalfa.......The plant not the Little Rascal.

So this month I corrected myself bought the original stuff I was looking for when it was sold out before and after 5 days of drinking the mix daily I got back to where I was. On top of that, was able to lower my stress levels thanks to the berry juice I mixed with it, as you can see in Phase 4.

Now with that, I've basically covered a huge chunk of overall health and diet issues. However despite that, this is not meant to be a direct alternative, but rather an aid to your overall dietary requirments.

With that said if someone is planning on going on a full liquid diet or at least 75 percent of one. There is one thing you have to do. Do your research on what nutrition is required for breakfast, lunch, snacksand dinner. Now if you look closely at the top info searches on these links I've given you. You'll notice that among most things, you need protein, healthy fats, carbs and fibre to survive and have a healthy meal. So if you're going full liquid diet, you'd need the following.

  1. A good source of protein, Whey Protein / Vega if you're Vegan
  2. A good source of fibre. This can range from anything from flavourless fibre drink mixes or if you want to make something from scratch use grain based fibre such as bran.
  3. A good source of healthy fats. This can range from milk (Both dairy and plant based) to yogurt. The latter I recommend, because on top of healthy fats, you'll also get an improvement on your microbiome thanks to the probiotics in yogurt.

Now I warn you. As someone who's tried the liquid diet thing before, it's not pleasant, but if you can get used to it, then more power to you.

In my case so far I'm only just trying Whey protein with milk powder. However I hope to add some fibre in it as well as maybe using some yogurt be it the container or the yogurt drink depending on which is more effective.
