Small Crazy Idea Level 2: The Test

Posted by CIEIRMusic - September 12th, 2023

Picking up where this left off:

Small Crazy Idea: Level 2: The making.

After finishing making my potion, which I did decide to put Aloe Vera Gel in the mix:

I am now ready for the test. Here's how it's gonna go.

Before I typed this I took a pre-bath. By that I mean a regular bath so I could clean off any dirt and sweat among most things away from my body. Kinda like showering before swimming. I have the tank set up and ready to go, but considering Epsom Salt is for recovery I'm gonna use my EMS machine on myself first, then bathe in it to ease any aches and pains that come with it. This one will update starting now.

6:16 AM: I drank what was left of the batch I made after sorting it in bottles and I'm putting the EMS on.

7:07 AM I have just finished EMS Session. Used 5th setting. Now I'm preparing to test the formula. I have the jug rigged to a chair, with extended hose attached to Faucet. I made sure this jug had a faucet so I could just simply open and close it while in the bath rather than simply lift and pour it inwards. With the hose rigged so that it can pour directly into the tub.

7:56 AM I just got out of the tub. First and foremost, the mixture worked out more than I thought it did. I spent 40 minutes in the tub. Making sure every inch of my body was at least exposed to it. The caffeine in the white tea is stimulating, for context, I purposefully stayed up until I was groggy, while working on this thing, to see if simply bathing in the tea would perk me up. The peppermint tea, along with Aloe Vera's cooling sensation, with Epsom Salt's relaxing nature, had made it a hell of a relaxation. As an added bonus, it does work on external issues. Minor and major. Though in my case minor. I had a small cut on the back of one of my thumbs. It itched and it hurt. When I soaked my hand into this solution, the pain and itch went away. As for the Chlorophyll, on top of enhancing the quality of my hair and skin, I honestly feel physically refreshed. I never knew it'd be that good. But now that I do know, I am definitely gonna try to find a way to make it a full body soak.
