Now a funny thing happened to me today. I was hanging out with a buddy of mine and that person, made me what is called a Monte Cristo Sandwich. For those whom don't feel like clicking links, it's basically a ham and cheese sandwich with french toast as bread.

Now for context, one of the things I was trying to look for as not only part of my own mental health therapy, but also use what I learn to share with others whom are in the same or similar boats as me. For example another friend of mine both has a mental disorder and suffers from severe brain damage that was inflicted during childhood. Both of which have in common with the frontal lobe. Somehow there is some kind of physical imbalance one way or another that not only determines our respective disorders, but also affect even the most sane of individuals basic brain functions from controlling moods to motor functions.

So needless to say, on top of finding a means to improve my blue drink, I was looking for foods, suppliments and any other consumable that would be good for at the very least maintaining a healthy frontal lobe at worst and at best, maybe reverse any damage done to the brain, even if it's years worth.

Now you're probably wondering. "S.T., what the hell does that have to do with the sandwich you were talking about earlier?" Well one of the main ingredients for said sandwich bread is egg. One of the things that were on the list of foods that are good for the frontal lobe. So I wanted to see what made eggs such an excellent brain food.

And this is what I found.

Eggs contain a high amount of a nutrient called Choline. Which among most health benefits is good for controlling mood swings and improving overall brain function, so long as you have the daily amount in your diet.

But I had to dig deeper. I thought "What other foods could have this?" And when I found this.

Whether you're a meat eater, a vegan or an omnivore, there is many many foods that have this nutrient. Some high, some low, but with the right combinations, you'd be able to have your daily intake, which could help maintain if not outright heal brain damage.

But on top of that it gave me, at least in my own POV, a clue to the right answer to the age old question. "Who came first? The chicken or the egg." Well considering the stuff in eggs is beneficial to the survival not only of their own species, but prolonging the lives of other species, it's safe to say one way or another, the egg came first.

In conclusion. Sometimes the solution to all lives problems, is often solved by a trip to your local markets.

Take care, stay safe, stay tuned for more.
