Yes and no. Techincally yes since it's the entire Russian Economy at stake with this. However, every company that funds said Economy is being put in his invasion. It's why the major western companies left Russia. Even something as small as paying the country land and property tax just so Russia can have McDonald's or Starbucks goes to him.
