we don't celebrate halloween here on brazil. but yesterday we had elections, brazil "elected" a socialist ex-convicted, now that's a spooky shit

From what I've heard Carnival is basically a more colourful and less Gothic version of it. Dressing in costumes, celebrating, things like that.
