VRoid. It's a free, vtuber Avatar maker program. Designed to make personas, that can be tracked through the movements of a webcam. Basically if I moved in front of the camera, with this picture active then she moves. That said I don't have a proper camera or a microphone to fully utilize it, so I just used their export photo option, to make concept art. I might make more based off my other characters. So you might see S.T. Musician and Light Harmony on here soon.
