It all depends if you like naturally made Fruit Juice or not. I tried it because I didn't want to taint my formula with added sugar. It had all the berries including the berries I need. The result is kind of a natural sweet taste, but the tea can sometimes overpower it in taste. It's also good by itself for lowering cortisol levels and ergo removing physical stress. Which in turn slowly heals mental stress.
