By all means. The trick isn't to swear exactly, unless it's a good punchline to a bunch of censor jokes, but to trick your viewers into thinking you're about to swear or say something dirty, only to either be something mundane or leading up to an even more messed up joke.
Like here's a simple one, from a board game known as Dirty Minds. "What starts with F and ends with K." Now most people would obviously think it's the word "Fuck" but the answer is "Firetruck".
