You've come far and well for this month alone, now only 11 months left until you get by another year. Being you is such simple advice that almost anyone can give, but what you described here really shows how effective it is and how surprising it is most people don't take it to heart. For someone having 32 years of experience and getting passed dangerous scenarios from the skin of your teeth, I could see you being an inspiration for someone out there, even if it looks like not many people read these or show it. Wishing you the best from your highs and your lows, as well as the feeling someday, someone could take your advice and wisdom, and live a better life from it.
