Not quite. Just months of studying different things one way or another and seeing if they coincided with other aspects of my life. Case in point. I made a tea that is both a detox and a weight loss aid and flavoured it so people would want more if they needed it. The recent one I did, Lowers bad cholesterol as well as eases physical pain and create a shield/cure for many diseases or at the very least the symptoms of them. It was a miracle how I figured out, but at the same time, it was also just knowing the right combo after months of looking into this stuff individually. It's a Logical Miracle.

For the red I used Hibiscus, Fenugreek and Rooibos Tea, then like the last potion mixed it with gatorade mix, in this case Red aka Fruit Punch. Successful so far.
