I noticed that when you drag the mouse cursor across the vote you can not only change the Tankman's expression on it, but animate it seamlessly with it. So for kicks I tried something out:

How did u do the shaking effect on the rage emoji?
With animating I just used Image Ready to make the gif, but the actual shaking effect is done by simply moving the emoji in different angles then just playing the movements at a higher speed.
