It's mainly the task manager, which tells you what active programs are in your computer, how much internet data you're using and how much computing power your computer has. It's an easy way to get unwanted programs from bugging you.

In the show. Whenever they did a flash back of Leela's childhood, they always made her cute for a one eyed baby. This reminds me of that. It looks like she wants to say something to Fry.
