Worse? If this is your worse, I'll be scared of what your best is. This is brilliant. If this is your worse, then the best would be this times 1000.

but thank you ig
Congrats on the Front Page. Definitely earned it.
Very Calming.
Great Mix.
Brilliant piano opening. The overall song is very smooth.
First I heard one of your songs without percussion. I like it.
When I lost my mother, I felt the same way you felt. That you wish this person was around to better help you learn how to take care of yourself. Like those who say they care about you are either using you or mocking you behind your back even among your closest friends and family. Sometimes I still feel that.
However one thing you got to realize is that they never had to learn much from their own family either and what they pass onto you is what they themselves learned through trial and error. You could be dirt poor or rich as Hell and that same problem persists. My mother taught me as much as she thought I needed to know to survive and it was up to me to fill the gaps. A lesson I continue to struggle to this day, but for her sake and the sake of others that have helped me over the years, I never give up. Find people you can trust and love as much as you love her and you'll take on the world.
As this song says Life Goes On. Don't let it go on without you. This song is a testament to that.
edit: i wrote a long response and it got a bit too personal and gloomy, so i decided to copy paste it for a rainy day but...
like you said- people have helped us along the way. Losing a parent early that loved you more than anyone else is a truly transformative event- for good or bad.
I like how you worded not giving up on yourself in order to repay that effort others put into us who truly cared. I will try and use that. Losing my grandmother, it sounds like you sort of understand what words can't quite describe. Things I wish I had expressed, stuff I wish I had accomplished while she was here that I coudl share with her. More times I coudl have visited with her, and reminisced about my grandfather who she missed dearly for years after he died.
We are the ones left to pick up the pieces, and we gotta do it because what other option is there.
Thanks for the words man, and glad you are using this type of stuff as fuel to not give up on yourself, as I should do the same.
Beautiful.
Thanks!
