Much like the last character sheet, this seems very random, yet surprisingly linear. Can't wait to see more of these if you plan on making more.

This reminds me of the scene in the first Karate Kid. Before, Miyagi was known to be a somewhat aloof yet funny and wise man that Daniel could always turn to for advise. Even when he gets drunk he seems like a fun guy, however once he relives the memory of his lost wife and unborn son, Daniel realizes the pain an anguish that hides behind the man he considered a father figure. Gaining a newfound respect for him. This dwarf is like a fantasy Miyagi. Good luck

I have never seen karate kid movies, except for the remake with Jackie Chan, I had not thought about it but I suppose it is something similar.

Jokes on other Pico, that Pico doesn't even have a job. He's just a coutner-terrorist and a hired gun. I could even see Pico's reaction. He'd probably calmly try to talk him out of it, before deciding to pull his own gun out.
Pico: You really don't want to do this. If you want to shoot someone, shoot Nene, she's been trying to off herself for 22 years. No? Fine then. *Pulls out machine gun.* PUT THAT FUCKING GUN DOWN!!!

I mean pico talking pico into not shooting him would probably the most reasonable ending, plus he would probably help pico get a job or roof.
also the most counter-terrorist type of pico is Otis, and it's litteraly becuase he killed actual terrorists.

Never seen the movie, but I do like your style. You oughta get into animation at least in the concept art section of it.
