First time I ever heard you do anything music related. I gotta say, it's not that bad. Don't get me wrong, technical wise, it could use work, but overall it's not bad. The background music for the most part is good, the only flaw being that it's not quite in sync with the words spoken. As for the voice itself, Audacity has a noise removal thing, so it could get rid of the background noise, but that aside, it's very stern and on point. If I were to suggest something though, add some reverb to it, because it would make it seem more compelling.
