This one it one I've been meaning to do for some time.

When people usually think of families, it's often the classic Nuclear Family. Wife, Husband, son, daughter. Mainly blood relatives that stick together and try to get through life. However over the years I've found that family isn't that simple as one would think.

Some people grow up with only one parent, whether the other is dead or divorced.

Some people grow up in families that society used to deem as abnormal, but is now wildly accepted, such as same sex marriages and the adoptions that follow.

In my case, I was raised not just by blood relatives of mine, but people whom under normal circumstances would be complete strangers to others, but I've known them long enough to be family.

Now as a kid I thought that family was strictly blood. I was taught by idiots that happen to be my own flesh and blood, that that was the lesson and that everyone else no matter how genuinely kind they were to me, could fuck off. Over the years I realized what bullshit that was, because there have been many people in my family life, non-blood related whom have done things for me, that my own family would never do. Just last year the coming August, I lost one of those people. This person, was one of the first faces I've ever seen when I first arrived in my town when I was 6 years old. But the man's kindness and cool headedness and his extensive family have watched my back ever since. He was the first person to teach me, that family isn't about blood. It's the heart that pumps it.

For those who say "You can choose your friends, but you can't choose your family." I call bullshit. I can choose my family, I can choose who goes and who stays in my life.

Point being is my views on family even back then were way ahead of their time and those who try to claim that what I had was anything but family. Downplaying it claiming they're glorified friends or some bullshit, then you better unfollow me now.

For those who think being abused is a normal part of it, seek help!!

For those who think family should strictly be blood or hetero, turn off your FOX News app and go outside.

For those who agree, you're a lot more evolved than people give credit for.

Today I mourn the loss of a controversial yet extremely popular talk show host. Now if you're someone like me who grew up in the 90s to the mid 2010s, you may have tuned to Fox television and heard a very familiar chant:

JERRY JERRY JERRY JERRY!!!

This was the immortal chant of the lowest common denominator. People who find trash entertaining and to this humble musician, this was well worth the watch. Nowadays trashy talk shows are a dime a dozen, but back then this was one of a kind, often imitated but never duplicated. This show covered many topics ranging from sex scandals, politics and even had a hand at both glorifying and battling racism, as the KKK among many supremacy groups was one of Jerry's long time archenemies. To the point where a member on his death bed cussed him out on national television.

The formula goes as shown. Whatever the topic, Jerry interviews one person, they tell their side of the story in a calm, somewhat vulgar passion depending on the topic and story. Then Jerry brings out the other party in this story, whom often always comes out with more than just words:

Which often requires restraint by the security guards. Formally headed by Steve Wilkos, a former member of member of the Chicago Police department. Normally they do their job fine, hold the fighting parties back until they are calm and can resume the show, but as seen above, security isn't that lucky even with Steve on board. Other times if a fight gets extreme like say a husband threatening his wife, Steve or another security guard restrains them again with a not so subtle threat.

Afterwards the audience is asked to participate, mostly to tell people off:

Then after everything is dealt with Jerry ends the show with a final thought:

Which is often summing up the end of the topics at hand and concluding with his memorable catchphrase "Take care of yourself and each other."

The show became a surprise success with a wopping 27 seasons and was one of many to spearhead the trend of talkshow hosts from the 90s to the 2000s. Shows like The Maury Povich Show, Ricky Lake, Jenny Jones, Montel, Oprah (Who came before him) and Sally Jessey Raphael.

Some of these shows actually tried to jump into more serious topics, but got booted because they weren't out there like Jerry. Others have tried to mimic Jerry Springer's success, but they didn't have that touch. The fact that he managed to outdo them 5 years ago, when it cancelled, while others called it quits is an accomplishment on his own.

Eventually over t he years the show got retooled to the point where Steve Wilkos went from head of security to occasional guest host the show in his stead called Steve to The Rescue:

Which got so popular that it eventually became the Steve Wilkos Show:

Which much like the previous show does have fights, but unlike it, Steve takes the topics seriously and even introduced topics close to home such as domestic violence, rape and murder.

That said Jerry was more than just a trashy talk show host.

He was a political adviser to Robert F. Kennedy. Yes THE Robert Kennedy. That was in 1968.

Ran for Congress in 1970, but lost.

Was elected to the Cincinnati City Council, in 1971 and later became mayor of Cincinnati in 1975 and even tried to run for Governor of Ohio, before his political career was put on hold.

In his university, the Univeristy of Tulane in New Orleans Louisana, he was an ungraduated host for WTUL, then while he was still mayor, ran a segment called "The Springer Memorandum" on WEBN-FM. These moments alone back then became the precursor to a long and successful career later on. He later became a political reporter for NBC's affiliate WLWT, in which the origin of his catphrase "Take care of yourself and each other." came to fruition. Now this had a huge accomplishment, because that station was NBC's lowest rating and he brought in said ratings.

It wasn't until September of 1991 where we met the Jerry Springer many know and love. I was but a 5 month old baby at the time, but while I was dealing with baby crap that year and month, Jerry aired his first episode. Now before Jerry Springer became what we know as of now, it did start as a serious show:

No fights, no nude scenes, no overtly stimulated audience, not even need for security. It was a politically oriented Talk Show and as much as others prefer what came after, I believe this is the number one reason to respect Jerry regardless of how far below the show has gotten.

It wasn't until producer Richard Dominick, taking over from former producer Burt Dubrow, that the show got revamped to what we know and love/hate. So ya, if you want someone to really blame if you hate the show that much, blame that guy. Jerry may have continued without him, but it started with him.

Jerry also was one of the hosts for shows like America's Got Talent, replacing Regis Philbin at the time. As well as hosted other events such as Miss World, Miss Universe, WWE Raw and even live hosted an episode of the Price is Right:

His last work before cancer got him in the end, was on Judge Jerry. Now Jerry has made it no secret, that he hates his old show, he hates his guests, he hates his audience despite the latter loving him so much. So the chance to do some serious television was something he was eager to do. Too bad it was around the time the TV Judge Craze was coming to an end:

Judge Jerry only lasted from 2019 to 2022. Being cancelled last month of last year. Which sucks because when Jerry tones down the comedy and this has happened on his own talk show two, he can get pretty scary when he gets serious.

In light of this specific person I shall not call this a conclusion, but a final thought:

Most people only judge what they see, because behind closed doors, people can be anybody. Case in point Donald Trump. People mock him, rightfully so, because all we have to go on is what he says on TV or on his twitter, yet for all we know, behind closed doors, the man could be a genius level supervillain, using public stupidity as his weapon.

In the case of Jerry Springer, a lot of us growing up watching the show sees nothing but sleaze and violence. But if you all took the time to look into this guy, both faults and all, you'd know he'd lead a very interesting life even well before he became the man we knew, loved and/or today.

Jerry, wherever you are, the world became more cynical without you and unlike that death bed ridden Klan fuck, I don't think I'll see you in Hell. I wish you nothing but the best in the next life.

As for the rest of you, as the man always said, take care of yourself and each other.

Follow Up To This:

I think I saw a sign.

Once again I do apologize for the loss, any fans that happen to be from Tampa Bay Florida, you have my sympathies as a human being.

Now by all intents and purposes, that video should not even exist. Yet the Leafs are still going strong here.

Unlike the last one, this one I didn't see. Because I didn't know it was on that night.

Seeing them win once was enough for me to see my luck was just beginning to change for the better.

However hearing that they won 3 games to Tampa's 1, this is no mere luck. This is a sign. A big sign.

For those that don't know what I am talking about. Allow me to explain.

Years ago, back when I was having more bad luck, I set up a few goals. Scenarios in which if the least likely events, would be considered signs that things may change. Be it my own life or the world. One of the most unlikely things that would happen in the 56 years they have been dreading this, is that they would win the Stanley Cup for the first time in all those years and counting. That's my top tier goal. If that happens either the world will usher in a new paradise or we'll all die in Armageddon. However my lesser goal is the Leafs actually coming close. Which even then thanks to it being a likely scenario, means that slowly but surely my luck is about to change for the better. As for how. I don't know. But I said it before and I'll say it again:

GO LEAFS GO!!

Last night I was watching Hockey. It was Toronto Maple Leafs vs Tampa Bay Lightning. This game was one of the most brutal Hockey Games I've seen in years, both sides were practically beating the shit out of each other Hanson Brothers Style. The game was close for Tampa, but thanks to Ryan O'Reilly the game went into overtime. It was sudden death and it came close for both of them, but eventually in the final seconds, Morgan Rielly scored the final goal taking the Leafs to victory.

First of all to any fans and friends I have in Tampa Bay Florida, I apologize for your game loss. I'm pretty sure like many other Hockey fans all over North America, you probably have a few words to say about our boys. That's fair.

That being said I see this moment as a sign and I'll tell you why.

I've watched Hockey since I was a kid, my parents would literally let me stay up late just to watch the game, but every time I ever watched a Leaf game, they'd lose. Apparently due to some kind of sports curse that's been going on for 56 years and counting they never won a single Stanley Cup since. Yet if I wasn't in the room when they were watching the game, the Leafs would win at least the rounds near the playoffs. So I came to the conclusion that on top of the old Curse that I myself was a sports jinx. Hence why I don't bet on sports, as otherwise I'd be rich. However in the history of my life, this is the first time I've ever seen the Toronto Maple Leafs, my home team, win a single game ever.

Either I never had the curse to begin with or the curse got broken. Either way I see that as a sign.

So for the first time since I was a kid I have this to say:

GO LEAFS GO!!!

A Trip Through The Obstacles

For this song I wanted rather than make two seperate songs and paulstretch the latter, I wanted to make something trippy that seems to go from my usual repetition to this. This was a rough one, but I think I did a good job.

Of course what I am talking about is this:

Happy 420

April 20th to be specific.

Now April 20th has had a lot of bad ties and surprisingly a lot of good times due to the significant events. Such as the Birth of notorious dictator Adolf Hitler in 1889. As well as the Columbine Massacre in 1999 literally 110 years after Hitler's Birth. In my case it also not only happens to be 19 days after the day I was born in 1991, but on that year famed movie director Don Siegel who's hits include Invasion of The Body Snatchers and Dirty Harry, passed away.

However despite all the bad there are also good things to celebrate this day.

Such as the first successful human organ transplant in 1951 or in 295 when Haley's Comment was recorded the 8th time.

But the one thing that stood out above all was 420. This was the day that was good for some, but bad for others. One of the most debated days in the world.

Now I knew after a couple of days of first hearing it years back, I knew it was associated with weed. I myself smoked weed for a long time and have grown up in a neighborhood full of stoners. Way before Weed became legalized in my country. However until now I never gave a good look at the history of the day.

The term itself started out in the 1970s at San Rafael High School. Where 5 students devised a code in which to meet privately to smoke weed at 4:20 PM. Now unlike most events related to 420, this particular one was in reference to the Time rather than the date. So odds are those 5 pretty much just got baked after school every day. However in terms of 420 for April 20, it started at least to my knowledge in 1990, TIME Magazine reported what they describe as "Deadheads" whom attended a Grateful Dead concert, putting flyers around Oakland California inviting people to smoke "420" at 4:20 PM. The band having since popularized the term from one of the classmates working as their roadie.

That said I'm only going by what I've read so far on it. I could be wrong and I could be missing some details.

Now the reason why I consider this to be the most debated day is because, even with laws all over the world slowly becoming more lenient on the use of Marijuana, starting with medicinal and then later recreational. People are to this day still divided to whether or not the legalization of weed is a good thing.

There are the usual people out there, that simply think Weed is a bad thing, that it's a gateway to other drugs like Cocaine or Heroin. But unless they themselves smoked a joint a day in their lives, they don't know shit.

There are legit reasons though such as smoke toxicity, no different than cigarettes, but with the added contact high that comes with it. Impaired driving, no different than DUIs. As well as some people being physically allergic to either the plant or the smoke. These are concerns I don't ignore and to my fellow stoners out there, I suggest you at least respect those concerns. Joints are portable for a reason, you can walk around and smoke anywhere.

That said, then comes the big bullshit that has been plaguing peaceful weed smokers for centuries. All the propaganda that is posted that is 100 percent inaccurate.

There are people that claimed those who buy weed, legal or illegal are promoting terrorists. That those who use it are in league with Satan or in terms of my personal favourite spoken by my late, bigoted grandfather, the false accusation that it changes people's sexual orientations. Or as he claimed "Weed makes you gay." Now bear in mind, this man has smoked weed before and the only reason why he even stopped or tried to force others to stop, was because he passed out during the Superbowl and was pissed he didn't see the final quarter. It was a personal beef. That being said a few things to anyone else that believed this bullshit:

1. If weed was even remotely touched by terrorists, they'd literally have no reasons to commit terrorism. They'd be too stoned and lazy allowing the opposition to get a clear shot at their heads. Their racket has always been Coke, Heroin and Opium. As in the shit that actually does destroy your body and make you pissed off more.
2. I'm not Christian, but even if I was I don't think Satan would make a plant that would make people feel better when he could at least use said plant to make people suffer more. The way I see it God or Allah or whatever you all think created this big blue ball of mud and plants, made those plants and left us to decide how we should use them.
3. I don't have anything against Homosexuality or any other sexual orientation and identity save for of course Necrophilia, Bestiality and Pedophilia. That being said I highly doubt a plant that once smoke gives euphoria, tiredness and a massive need to eat, could change your sexual orientation even if you wanted it to.

Until now these people I don't give the time of day, because they're often too stupid or ignorant to know what they are talking about. But that said, because of the net, they have a way of expanding their voice just as much as those for Weed do.

Now, with all that said, I am just gonna continue to celebrate the day the way it should be. A nice joint in the hand, some entertainment to watch and maybe some inspiration for my further works. Such as this Gem I made last year:

Just a few days ago, I've had to unfollow and block @JackStormYT, which broke my heart, because he was one of my first fans. The reason being was because of this:

So not only does he draw that shit, he's trying to get more interested clients by offering half off. Basically ringing the dinner bell for pedophiles all over the world.

I don't know where people don't get the impression that Shota and Loli are not considered Child Pornography, but they are. They are literally categories to hentai. So simply making "Cutesy" pictures and calling them Shotacon or Lolicon doesn't help your case. In fact it makes me not only highly suspicious of you. But never want to speak to you ever again, because if I ever find you in person, I may in all sense of honesty, kill you without a second thought or at the very least, warn the nearest prisons of your arrival.

Now, I didn't just charge in head first, like I usually did, I tried to talk to Jack twice, regarding this. Once on the newspost, but said comment was waiting for the approval which I now know won't go through. The second time through private message. I received no answer from him. So I did what I had to do. I unfollowed him and I blocked him. Had I known what he was into, I wouldn't have given him the time of day.

Now I say this unto you all , my fellow fans and fellow friends. I want you all to be honest with me. I want to know if each and every one of you has either, done Shota or Loli art, bought from other users or have in the past tried to justify this disgusting crap, so that I may do the proper thing and unfollow and block each and every one of you sick fucks.

Don't be like Jack and have your shit posted somewhere where anyone with a zero tolerance policy would find it. Turn yourselves in. Because you do not want to have ME of all people finding you here.

To anyone whom also honestly didn't know. I humbly apologize for you having to find out here. I'm pretty sure you're either in shock or denial, but I won't blame you if this news has hurt you in any way.
