Another Follow Up Small Crazy Idea Level 2

I made another Bath bomb and this time rather than simply use it for the tub, I was thinking of other ways to apply it to me.

It wasn't until I seen this that I got an answer to one:

This is a scene from The Karate Kid. Specifically after Miyagi's iconic first fight. In the next scene he's helping Daniel heal, by soaking the iconic Bandana or Hachmachi as it's called, in a strange liquid that can only be described as "Smell Bad, Heal Good." It wasn't until recently I looked up what that stuff was. It is called:

iu_1093512_8383057.webp

Dit Da Jow. Also known as Hit Wine. Common among some martial artists. It's basically a soak that heals bruises and other injuries.

When I saw that my formula carried similar properties I got inspired:

iu_1093513_8383057.webp

I took a new kitchen sponge and soaked it in a bowl of the stuff:

iu_1093514_8383057.webp

I then lightly spread it on my body while dumping the remaining liquid from the bowl to my hair. After finishing it, I felt a lot of sensations. Since this wasn't diluted by bathwater, my skin and hair is absorbing more of the pure tea, chlorophyll, aloe vera and epsom salt. Due to the mint, I feel a cool sensation. Due to the caffeine in the tea, I feel more energetic. I even smell better. Since this stuff seems to work wonders, I am thinking that if I could get a portable container. Even an old fashion portable canteen would do, I could basically carry both the drinkable, for internal health and the bath bomb for external health.

Update 10:49 PM, it made my skin feel a lot cleaner, but dryer. Even disinfected some old bug bites.

My Views: Good Days and Bad

Well, my quest for a month's worth of good days has come to sort of an official end. I do not know what the future holds for me good or bad later on, but the fact that I was able to achieve so much within the span of a month, I have never been happier.

To close things out, on what is officially now known as yesterday, I ended up getting a great honor. A friend of mine who visits my building gave me this:

iu_1089192_8383057.webp

This is a bear claw stone pendant. A charm well known in both Celtic and Native culture. To which I am both. In terms of nationality I am Scottish, Irish, English, Scandanavian and Ojibwa. Also known as Ojibwe and Chippewa. This friend is also native so when a native gives a gift to another native regardless of the nationality gap, it is considered a highest honor. I admit, I'm still learning about this side of my culture, so I don't know a lot about this. But from what I've heard, if a Native woman, especially one old enough to be your mother or grandmother, gives a native youth a gift, it is considered a very high honor. In Native Culture, the Stone Bear Paw pendant is a symbol of Strength and Healing. In Ojibwa, it symbolizes protecting a warrior and offering them strength. So in the eyes of the natives in my town, I am one of their warriors now. That said I have no idea what the hell I did to earn that. Still it closes out a months worth of good days. That being said there's another reason I'm posting this article.

Today is Truth and Reconcilation Day. For those that don't know, it is the day that a scandal involving residential schools was exposed. Opening a dark chapter in Canadian History. While I don't know the exact details, I know enough that it involved cultural genocide and that they're still finding bodies. It was the first time in my life I felt ashamed to be a Canadian. That said, it allowed me to realize who I am in life. And what matters in life. Now I will fight tooth and nail to have good days. Not just for myself, but for everyone I care about and every innocent soul struggling for their place in the world.

While I never had a chance until now to wear the orange shirt for that day, I have tried to contribute to it in other ways:

iu_1089193_8383057.webp

I painted that two weeks ago. Scanned it so I could save it and show everyone on this day. My building has what is known as Art Therapy and it is exactly what it sounds like. The residents go down to the recreation room and they draw, paint, write, sculpt, diamond paint. Whatever they consider therapeutic. I was recommended, by someone who was also dealing with anger issues in combination with bad luck. Those two weeks ago I made that, asked them to at least put it up a few days before the day and they put it on display outside the room. Added two paper orange hearts under it too.

My heart goes out to all those that suffered losses, because of these genocidal madmen and madwomen. I really hope that you all have better days ahead of you. And I hope the people responsible are currently burning in Hell.

One of the difficulties of being a mixed race is that you carry all the baggage of each race. For example while I am Native, my predominance is white. You'd have to look at my hair and eyes to see if I had some Native in me. That being said, save for my Scandinavian heritage, which traces all the way up to the famous Viking, Eric The Red, I have not had any ancestors, that I know of to pull that crap. My native side is on my mother's side and hers before her and all that. That said, like many people I have had some family members, whom shall remain nameless because I hate them. Whom have had at least one -ism and -phobe. I made peace with that a long time ago and moved on away from their radar. Helps that some are dying off. Anywho, it doesn't compare to others, whom have been through worse. Some Native friends and family of mine had many difficulties. One of them was in one of those schools and taken away from her parents. She was one of the lucky ones that lived. I can't imagine how much another friend of mine knows, but I haven't seen him in years. That guy was cool, he built a shelter in our backyard and he currently lives in a park. If I ever saw him again and asked about that, it would probably break his heart.

That said, we shouldn't just use this day as a day of mourning. But also a celebration of life. A way of saying we are still here and we are still alive. Not just for Natives but for everyone, because as the slogan goes:

Every Child Matters.

Stay tuned for more and have wonderful days ahead of you.

Posted by CIEIRMusic - September 29th, 2023

First of all, I want to let you know that my recent absence and little to lack of posting material, was not out of anything negative. Not from the drama of the site, nor from my being impatient in waiting for something bigger to happen. If anything, it's something to be celebrated. But before I get into it, let me give you some context regarding my latest edition of My Views.

You ever once in your life had something good happen to you, only for something bad, be it minor or major to fuck things up and ruin the rest of your day. That is how I lived my life......until now.

For as long as I can remember, I always believed that there were just good days and bad. Good days where something great happens to you or bad days that ruin it for you. Some even last more than one day. Other times it gets worse when one tries to have a good day, only for it to turn into a bad day.

A lot of others whether I know them or not, have had the same problem. Granted in different ways, but the same problem. Let me run through a few typical Bad Day scenarios for further context:

  1. You are a construction worker, you are paid minimum wage, you managed to get a bonus from all the hard work you've done. Only for some outstanding debt to pop up that costs you all that bonus, but a few dollars. That is a Good Day Going Bad.
  2. You're a businessperson. Your stocks have been higher than ever before to the point where you're richer than God. Only for one bad business fuck up causing you to plummet. Also a Good Day Going Bad.
  3. You're Homeless, you just managed to get a $50 Bill after hours of begging for change. Just enough for you to get a feast only for someone to con you out of it leaving you only enough to eat for the day. That is also a Good Day Going Bad.

And now a few Good Day Scenarios. Using the same people:

  1. After losing all but a few dollars of your Bonus, you discover that a relative of yours has succeeded in their line of work and offers to help you get back what you lost. Or maybe the debt turned out to be a fraud and you could sue the creditor for more money than they tried to take from you. Point being is somehow some way you get your Bonus Back. Turning a Bad Day into a Good One, even if you're still pissed off about that.
  2. After getting close to jumping off the Wall Street Roof, you get a call. Either your company gets a huge bailout, the plummet turned out to be an error or a misunderstanding or one of your other investments make up for more than what you lost. Another example of a Bad Day turning into a Good One.
  3. You went to the nearest eatery, with just enough for a burger or whatever food you happen to be craving. On top of having something to eat and having a warm place to rest until your next exhausting travel, someone sees you. Could be a more well off customer feeling generous or god forbid a member of the staff or even the manager. But someone helps you in some way, either providing more food or enough cash for you to stay in a motel for a few days at least. That is yet another example of a Bad Day Turning Good.

Now why did it happen? Because of a few things.

  1. These people waited long enough for something good to happen and it eventually did.
  2. It wasn't handed to them or demanded from them that it happened.
  3. Most importantly. No matter how bad things went for them, they don't let it ruin the rest of their day.

And for the past 30 days including today. From August 31st, to September 29, I have had an impossible amount of Good Days and right now I am as happy as happy can be.

To give a typical scenario of my life:

I live in a building where there are a lot of bad people living there and a few good people I can trust. As of last August I survived one year of this place. I've faced many things, from confrontations with unruly neighbors, to cutting off toxic people from my personal life. However in the past 30 days, a lot of Good things have happened minor and major, no matter how bad things seemed to get.

Now at the time I started to notice this I only had 3 Good Days in a row. The days range from making a few bucks helping some people who couldn't walk to the stores themselves, to being a listening ear to those that needed it and helping whoever I can when I can. Just to name a few things and as a result, Good Deeds have happened to me in return. It even gave me the opportunity to do even more good deeds for others, because I was raised to do everything in my own power to do so. I even managed to resolve a few personal situations that have bugged me not just for months, but years. Including but not limited to helping my relatives pack and leave my town for better pastures. So needless to say whatever Good Days I've been having are starting to extend beyond just my own home front.

Now the reason why I call them Good Days, was because even when bad stuff happened, I never ONCE let it ruin the rest of my day. If anything it motivates me into trying to keep those days Good, rather than let it ruin the rest of the day.

And that has been going on, including today, for the exact past 30 days.

It's why I put this one above all else on the front page. To share this with the world.

While many may disagree, this is my view on Good Days and Bad Days.

It all goes down to three simple rules:

  1. You can turn a bad day into a good day, by doing the best with what you have. Good days don't involve material interest, they are literally just meant to make a good day no matter what.
  2. If something bad happens to you, regardless of it's minor or major, that is only ONE bad part of what could be an overall good day. Wait the rest of the day, before you officially declare it ruined.
  3. Most importantly. YOU have the power. The only reason the day feels bad is if YOU feel it's bad.

Follow these simple rules no matter what and I believe you'll have just as much Good Days, if not more than I currently have. At this point I DON'T GIVE A FUCK, if a slew of bad days come around the corner, because I realized this power and I want to share it with all of you.

Thank you so much for all your love and support and stay tuned.

Picking up where this left off:

Follow Up to Small Crazy Idea: Level 2

I was outside my home and there was a nasty wasp problem near where I was. One of them stung me in the neck twice, it felt like I got burned by a cigarette ember. I must have really thick skin, because normally Wasps don't break their stingers like Bees do. They are constant stabbers. Yet this one before it flew off, left it's stinger behind. I pulled it out of my neck. Needless to say I basically killed it when it was trying to hurt me, without trying. Now the sting hurt like hell. It burned, it itched like crazy and I did not want to feel it any longer. So I went back home and put aloe vera in the surface to relieve the burning sensation and the overall itch. Then I took a sample size of the health drink I made using one of these as a container:

iu_1077714_8383057.jpg

That's a pre-roll joint tube. I have a few laying around and when I was done using it for what it was made for, I cleaned them and use them as vials. Just so if one was interested, they could try the drink for themselves. As brought up from my previous article.

Because the health drink has Aloe Vera and Chlorophyll two of the key components to the vegetation of this planet, I was able to heal the sting from the inside and due to the detox effect, flush the venom (Apitoxin) out of my system. While I still feel the sting it doesn't hurt as much as it should. So needless to say this does heal. That was from a sample. Imagine what a full glass would do.

Picking up where this left off:

Small Crazy Idea Level 2: The Result

I tried the bath bomb on me again, just to see if it wasn't a fluke. Like before it took me a while to make as I was restocking on my drinkable potion. But that being said it was worth the wait once again. I did it like before and while I still needed to rest, I was given another massive energy boost. Only this time more powerful than before. I felt like I was becoming like SSJ2 Gohan:

I had so much energy that I felt like I could tear down a building by running through it. I was able to complete my errands for the day, at higher speed than usual, with no signs of slowing down or stopping. I even had the opportunity for an outsider opinion of my drinkable potion. A neighbor of mine, whom is suffering from certain addictions, asked me if it would work on his thing, as it did with my cigarette cravings. Just to update, the bath bomb increased the time it took to lower cravings. But I knew there was a chance to help him with the drinkable potion. So I gave him a sample size. A vial I use to show people my work. I don't guarantee it would work for him, but I do warn him of the detox effects. I drank a sample with him so he wouldn't think I'd poison him. He liked the taste, which was a plus and I told him how to make it. And while it was a small size compared to what I usually consume daily, he was able to feel some of the effects. I tell him how to make it and he seems to be the type that will want more. So needless to say I did a successful test run on someone other than myself.

Now while both versions are now proven to be able to lower cravings, that is half the battle. Throughout the whole thing, I basically psychoanalyzed myself. Studied every behavioural pattern I have been aware I experienced in smoking, from asking people for smokes, to my over all patterns good and bad that either encourage me to smoke more or less. Then after figuring out certain problems, I came up with simple solutions.

Basically long story short, addiction is 10% Physical and 90% Psychological. The person I gave the sample to, I also mentioned that if he can figure out the stuff that makes him do his addictions, that will overcome addiction for good.

So needless to say, this Small Crazy idea is a complete success.

Hell even now, while I am physically exhausted from my day, I feel like I'm on Cloud 9.

Stay tuned for more. Feel free to suggest other things this Bath Bomb could use.

Small Crazy Idea Level 2: The Test

After my last update I fell asleep and didn't wake until this afternoon, but as a result of a good sleep and this bath I felt energetic. Those whom interacted with me before in public noticed a huge difference. The cut still no longer itches burns and stings and I feel stronger. I wanted to make something similar to Goku's Healing Tank and I succeeded.

Small Crazy Idea: Level 2: The making.

After finishing making my potion, which I did decide to put Aloe Vera Gel in the mix:

iu_1075241_8383057.webp

I am now ready for the test. Here's how it's gonna go.

Before I typed this I took a pre-bath. By that I mean a regular bath so I could clean off any dirt and sweat among most things away from my body. Kinda like showering before swimming. I have the tank set up and ready to go, but considering Epsom Salt is for recovery I'm gonna use my EMS machine on myself first, then bathe in it to ease any aches and pains that come with it. This one will update starting now.

6:16 AM: I drank what was left of the batch I made after sorting it in bottles and I'm putting the EMS on.

7:07 AM I have just finished EMS Session. Used 5th setting. Now I'm preparing to test the formula. I have the jug rigged to a chair, with extended hose attached to Faucet. I made sure this jug had a faucet so I could just simply open and close it while in the bath rather than simply lift and pour it inwards. With the hose rigged so that it can pour directly into the tub.

7:56 AM I just got out of the tub. First and foremost, the mixture worked out more than I thought it did. I spent 40 minutes in the tub. Making sure every inch of my body was at least exposed to it. The caffeine in the white tea is stimulating, for context, I purposefully stayed up until I was groggy, while working on this thing, to see if simply bathing in the tea would perk me up. The peppermint tea, along with Aloe Vera's cooling sensation, with Epsom Salt's relaxing nature, had made it a hell of a relaxation. As an added bonus, it does work on external issues. Minor and major. Though in my case minor. I had a small cut on the back of one of my thumbs. It itched and it hurt. When I soaked my hand into this solution, the pain and itch went away. As for the Chlorophyll, on top of enhancing the quality of my hair and skin, I honestly feel physically refreshed. I never knew it'd be that good. But now that I do know, I am definitely gonna try to find a way to make it a full body soak.

Picking up where this left off:

Small Crazy Idea Level 2: The Items

Holy fucking shit did this take a long time. I worked all night and early morning just to do this. As I'm typing now, I'm in the middle of now just making the drinkable version.

For starters, for the one I had to do it in two parts:

iu_1075168_8383057.webp

Using my 4L cooking pot I did the first part, by putting 50 tea bags together. 25 Peppermint and 25 White. The standard is 40 to match the quota on the water jug, but I wanted to give that extra kick. So I did my usual. Boil as much water as I could on my big pot, let it cool to room temperature and then steep the tea in for an hour. The result was exactly what I expected:

iu_1075169_8383057.webp

Now by itself if I drank that whole bottom of the jug, I would have had a lethal overdose of Caffeine and maybe even Menthol due to the mint tea. Hence why I believe it's much safer to use externally. So that's when the next step happened:

iu_1075170_8383057.webp

Using my 4L and my 2L pots I made the difference in room temperature boiled water. Diluting it greatly but keeping the Tea's natural power intact.

Once I got it where I wanted it I was able to add everything else:

iu_1075171_8383057.webp

For this one I used 200 drops of Chlorophyll. Using a dropper from an empty bottle. Which reminds me, a little tip. There are three Rs for a reason. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. I seen many reduce and recycle, but not many reuse recyclable materials for other purposes when it's easy at my own home. I just simply take the time to clean the items that may come in handy for me. So even when my previous bottles are empty I still use them for other things.

The next was applying the Aloe Vera Gel:

iu_1075172_8383057.webp

Now I could have used either gel or juice for this one, but I picked Gel because I thought it'd be more potent. However for this tank it would require 1 and 1/4 cups of it to 10L of this liquid. As per 2 tbsp per cup of water rule. I was debating on whether or not to add some gel to my drink as like I said, it's an edible gel as well and has as much health benefits internally as it does externally. Once it was done I could barely notice it.

Last but not least the key to this going from Drinkable Potion to Healthy Bathbomb:

iu_1075173_8383057.webp

With this In needed exactly 35 Tbsp. 30 of them overflowed that cup and the last bit at the bottom is 5 more I put in before I took this picture.

Once it was all done:

iu_1075174_8383057.webp

I just have to wait until everything dissolved before testing it out. But I will let you know of said test. Until then, I am just gonna finish making my drinkable version.

Picking up where this left off:

Yet another follow up to my Small Crazy Idea

New Small Crazy Idea: Planning Stages

First of all I wish to apologize for not being active lately, but trust me. This is worth the wait.

As you know I created a Health Formula designed for many things including but not limited to energy boosting and lowering addictions. I call it the CIEIR Potion.

Once I was able to do what I needed at the time, I wanted to take it to the next level.

Welcome to Small Crazy Idea Level 2

With the exception of the unflavoured Gatorade mix, which is very hard to find unless one wants to make it themselves, I was able to amass a my needed items as seen below:

One 10L Water Jug with Faucet:

iu_1074929_8383057.webp

Part of why this took as long as it did was waiting for this to show up at my place. But it's 2L more than I intended, but that just means I'd have to make a lot more. It comes with a scrub brush, and an extended hose. Which is perfect for what I need.

iu_1074930_8383057.webp

White Tea. Part of why the whole thing wasn't as affective while still yielding results was because I used Green Tea more than White Tea. That said, I finally found a place where I could get a lot of it at a good price.

Chlorophyll:

iu_1074931_8383057.webp

This bottle is mostly restock as I have another smaller bottle, but that said, I may need a lot anyway, so this was a good buy.

Peppermint Tea:

iu_1074932_8383057.webp

The way I see it, for this project to work we need a natural relaxant. And I think soaking in mint may work better than simply drinking it.

Aloe Vera Gel:

iu_1074933_8383057.webp

The main thing I was looking for. Aloe Vera is very good for healing wounds and burns. So I figure this could really help if I got enough for the mix. Also this is the edible version, so I might add this to my CIEIR Potion for drinking as well. For it not only heals wounds but also improves stomach health.

Last but not least Epsom Salt:

iu_1074934_8383057.webp

For those whom are only reading this and not my previous article before, I am basically making a home made Bath Bomb. You can't have one without Epsom Salt. And for some of the more immature people whom know Epsom Salt is one of the key ingredients to Meth and are currently making meth jokes at my expense, here's a random Breaking Bad clip:

But in all seriousness. There are the usual benefits, relaxation and what not, but most importantly. Exercise Recovery.

Unlike the other ingredients though I am not putting this in my drinkable potion.

Now the reason why I'm only showing the items and not updating this one, is because unlike my previous projects, this one will take a longer time even with the same procedure, but I will do an article later on the stages of said procedure. Not to mention I'm also making my drinking potion on top of that. But this comes first.

Until then. Stay tuned.

When you were someone that grew up between 1972 to 2007, you may have heard this familiar voice and familiar song. That was the power of Bob Barker and that was The Price is Right. While the show is still on with famed Comedian Drew Carey as current host, there was no host like Bob Barker. With his snarky sense of Humour, his intelligent wit and loveable personality Bob Barker had a memorable 35 years on the show before Carey took over.

But that was just a mere fraction of his life. And the fact that he lived long enough to be 99 is a hell of an achievement on it's own. Though if it were a price is right bid. Someone would have guessed 101. Fucking 1 dollar above contestants they piss me off so much.

Bob was born in December 12 1923, meaning had he held on a couple of months he would have been the world's oldest Game Show Host at 100. Much like the late Jerry Springer, Barker started off as a Radio Host before moving onto television. Now many people have the common misconception that Bob Barker's only claim to fame was The Price is Right. No. There was one game show that he hosted beforehand called Truth Or Consequences:

Which he hosted from 1957 to 1975 and it became the basis for the Zygon Inversion Speech on Doctor Who:

But then the Price is Right after which he did for 35 years and had many iconic contestants including but not limited to a certain foul mouthed Meth Dealer:

His fame on the Price is Right allowed him many venues. From advocating animal rights and protecting the pet population:

To beating the ever loving shit out of Adam Sandler:

Twice:

Now at the time I had no idea that Barker is an actual fighter himself, he was trained in martial arts by Chuck Norris. But after watching him kick Happy's ass twice, that made it even funnier, because that was him going easy on him.

He's done many guest spots from other game shows, to sitcoms, to cartoons and even WWE.

Now a lot of people have tried to make legends out of many celebs before. Such as Chuck Norris Facts and the many many legends spread about Mr. Rogers. I would be insulted if the same wasn't done for Bob Barker. I mean Robot Chicken already started their own legend regarding it:

So Come on Down and watch some reruns of the Price Is Right, be it on TV or your phones. And help control the pet population, have your pets spayed or neutered.
